This all-level full body, cardiovascular workout consists of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. The room is heated to 105 degrees to stretch, detoxify and avoid injury. Dress like you're going to the beach. Bring mat, towel, water and an extra change of clothes.

Comprised of 84 postures and 3 breathing exercises, this is the original sequence that Bikram practiced with his guru before creating the beginner class known as Bikram Yoga. The 2-hour practice includes beginner postures, deep hip openers, backbends, arm balances and inversions. Students should be familiar with yoga and capable of monitoring their own challenge level.
